October is Health & Wellbeing Month
My person goals this October are to
1. drink 8 glasses of water per day.
2. Post 2 a week on my health & wellbeing status
3. Promote awareness of Breast Cancer, Ovarian Cancer and Cervical Cancer. This will be achieved through writing a blog and holding a Girls Night In. See Deb's Girl Night In
